Leave Forms

In order to achieve optimal results, St. John's Northwestern Military Academy has imposed certain restrictions regarding visitations by parents and friends as well as cadets departing campus for passes and leaves. In our experience, the best results occur when we have cooperation among the cadets, parents/guardians and the Academy. Please refer to the school calendar for special events, and open and closed weekend schedules.

Extended Leaves and Furloughs
Furloughs are mandatory block leave times when all cadets are required to depart campus. St. John’s Northwestern Military Academy has three mandatory furloughs during the course of the academic year: Thanksgiving, Christmas and Spring Break. There is also one extended leave weekend, semester break, in which cadets may depart campus, but are not required.
